Warranty Policy

Overview

Revoluzion Automotive stands behind the quality of the products we sell. Where a valid manufacturer's warranty exists, we will assist you in making a claim. Our own warranty policy applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects present at the time of purchase
  • Material failures under normal operating conditions within rated specifications
  • Defects confirmed by us upon inspection or clear photographic/video evidence

What Is NOT Covered

  • Damage resulting from incorrect installation or incompatible application
  • Use beyond the product's rated pressure, temperature, or flow specifications
  • Physical damage, impact, abrasion, or mishandling after delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products modified, cut, or altered from their original form
  • Racing or competition use (warranty void)
  • Damage caused by incompatible fluids or chemicals
  • Claims submitted without proof of purchase from Revoluzion Automotive

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us — Email zack@revoluzion.io or WhatsApp +6013-770 5988 within the warranty period.
  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the defect, along with photographs or video evidence showing the issue.
  3. Do not attempt to repair or modify the product before contacting us — doing so will void the warranty claim.
  4. Assessment – We will review your claim within 3–5 business days and advise on the outcome.
  5. Resolution — Approved claims will be resolved by replacement of the defective product. We do not issue cash refunds for warranty claims.

Warranty Claim Resolution

Replacement, Not Refund

All approved warranty claims are resolved by replacement of the defective item with the same or equivalent product. We do not issue monetary refunds in connection with warranty claims. Shipping cost for the replacement item is covered by us for valid claims within Peninsular Malaysia.

Limitations

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty claims require proof of purchase from Revoluzion Automotive. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability under any warranty claim is limited to the replacement value of the defective product.
