Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards via Stripe, and cryptocurrency payments via NOWPayments. All transactions are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Full payment is required before any order is processed.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are dispatched. Contact us immediately at zack@revoluzion.io or WhatsApp +6013-770 5988 if you need to make changes. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We do not offer COD. Full payment must be completed online at checkout before your order is processed.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. An order confirmation email with invoice details is sent immediately after successful payment. LHDN-compliant e-invoices are available for download from your account under My Orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Which courier do you use?

We ship exclusively via J&T Express for all domestic orders within Malaysia.

How long does delivery take?

Klang Valley: 1–2 business days. Peninsular Malaysia: 2–4 business days. Sabah & Sarawak: 4–7 business days. These are estimates and not guaranteed — delays during peak seasons or adverse weather may occur.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your J&T tracking number. You can track at jtexpress.my or via the My Orders section in your account.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We currently ship within Malaysia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

My parcel arrived damaged. What do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your unboxing video (a single uncut video of the full unboxing before opening the parcel is required), your order number, and J&T tracking number. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

No. We operate a strict No Return policy. All sales are final once payment is processed and an Order Confirmation is issued. Please ensure you have verified product compatibility before purchasing.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only issued in two circumstances: (1) we dispatched the wrong item, or (2) a product is unavailable after payment. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect fitment chosen by the buyer, or any other reason. See our Terms of Service for full details.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and dispatch the correct product at no charge to you.

Products & Fitment

How do I know which AN size I need?

AN sizes (dash sizes) correspond to thread sizing. Refer to our Product Technical Documentation section on the homepage, or contact us – we are happy to assist with fitment guidance.

Are all fittings compatible with each other?

AN fittings from different manufacturers are generally interchangeable by dash size, but always verify thread type (JIC 37° vs SAE 45°) and material compatibility for your application. When in doubt, contact us before purchasing.

Can I use PTFE hose for fuel lines?

Yes. Our CP0724/0725/0725B PTFE hose is compatible with fuel, brake, transmission, power steering, and hydraulic applications. It is rated to -70°C to +250°C and up to 2500 psi (at -06).

Are your products compatible with my car?

Fitment guides are provided as a convenience only. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility with your vehicle or application. We recommend consulting a qualified automotive technician before purchasing.

Dealer Accounts

How do I apply for a dealer account?

Submit a dealer application through the Dealer Apply page on this website. You will need your Business Registration Number (BRN) and business name. Approval is at our sole discretion.

Are there credit terms for dealers?

No. All dealer orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No credit terms, monthly invoicing, or post-dated payments are available.

Can I share dealer pricing with others?

No. Dealer pricing is strictly confidential. Sharing dealer pricing with third parties is a breach of your dealer agreement and will result in immediate revocation of dealer status.

Warranty

What warranty do your products carry?

Most products carry a 3–12 month warranty against manufacturing defects depending on product type. PTFE hose carries 12 months; AN fittings and braided hose carry 6 months; general performance parts carry 3 months. See our Warranty Policy for full details.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us at zack@revoluzion.io with your order number, description of the defect, and photographic/video evidence. Do not attempt to repair or modify the product before contacting us.
