- Creating duplicate or spam event listings

- Personal attacks or defamatory statements
- Doxxing or sharing private information without consent

3.4 Spam and Commercial Abuse
- Excessive posting of duplicate content

- Misleading clickbait or sensationalized titles
- Pyramid schemes or get-rich-quick schemes

5. Reporting Violations
5.1 How to Report
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

- Include the specific content, user, or event in question
- Provide context and explanation of the violation
- Do not engage in public confrontations or vigilante actions
5.2 What We Review
We review all reports and consider:
- Severity of the violation
- Context and intent
- User's history and previous violations
- Impact on the community
6. Enforcement and Consequences
6.1 Enforcement Actions
Depending on the nature and severity of violations, we may:
- Warning: First-time or minor violations may receive a warning
- Content Removal: Removal of violating posts, events, or comments
- Temporary Suspension: Temporary restriction of account access
- Permanent Ban: Permanent removal from the platform for serious violations
- Legal Action: Reporting illegal activities to authorities when appropriate
6.2 Immediate Removal
The following violations result in immediate account termination:
- Promoting illegal street racing or dangerous driving
- Serious harassment or threats
- Fraudulent activities or scams
- Distribution of malware or hacking attempts
- Repeated violations after warnings
