These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Revoluzion Automotive ("Revoluzion", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Revoluzion Automotive platform, available at revoluzion.my, including our websites, web applications and all related features (together, the "Platform").

By creating an account, browsing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Revoluzion Automotive is a Malaysian automotive community and commerce platform that brings enthusiasts, buyers, sellers and businesses together. The Platform includes:

• A community of automotive enthusiasts (feed, reels, comments, likes, follows, builds, car clubs and real-time chat)
• A peer-to-peer Marketplace for cars, parts, halfcuts and other automotive items
• Stores where sellers showcase products, with orders placed directly through WhatsApp
• An online Shop with cart, checkout and card, FPX and GrabPay payments
• A Services directory (workshops, detailers and other providers)
• Events with RSVPs and registrations
• A garage to manage your vehicles, DIY tutorials, guides and a parts catalogue
• A Dealer Programme for approved trade buyers
• A referral and Points reward programme

Revoluzion provides the venue and tools. Unless stated otherwise, we are not a party to transactions between users, and we do not buy, sell or hold title to items listed by users.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. By registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current and complete information, and keep it up to date
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Verify your email address where required (certain features require a verified email)

You may not create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission, or transfer or sell your account. We may refuse service to anyone at any time.

You agree not to misuse the Platform. In particular you must not:

• Post unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, hateful, violent or sexually explicit content
• Harass, threaten, bully or discriminate against other members
• List or sell prohibited, counterfeit, stolen or illegal items, or items you do not have the right to sell
• Impersonate any person, business or authority, or misrepresent your identity, qualifications or listings
• Send spam, run unauthorised promotions or manipulate engagement (fake accounts, fake reviews, vote brigading)
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, hack, decompile or disrupt the Platform or its infrastructure
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours
• Abuse promotional programmes, coupons, Points or referral codes

Additional conduct rules are set out in our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach these Terms or the Guidelines, with or without notice.

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload (posts, reels, comments, photos, videos, build logs, listings, store details, messages and similar). By posting it, you grant Revoluzion a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to store, reproduce, display, distribute and promote that content on and in connection with the Platform and our marketing.

You are solely responsible for your content and warrant that you have all rights necessary to post it. We may remove or hide any content at our discretion, including content reported by other users.

Uploading is at your own risk. Content you post in public areas of the Platform (feed, reels, comments, marketplace, stores, events, forums, clubs and similar) is visible to other members and, in some cases, to visitors and search engines. Other people may view, screenshot, save, download, screen-record or share your content — with or without your permission. We cannot control what others do with content you choose to share publicly, and Revoluzion is not responsible or liable for any copying, saving, editing or distribution of your content by other users or third parties. Do not upload anything you are not comfortable being seen, saved or shared.

Rights to use and share. In addition to the licence above, you agree that Revoluzion may use, display and share your content (including photos and videos) on the Platform, in search results and previews, and in our social media, advertising and promotional materials — without further notice or payment to you. If you no longer want specific content to appear, delete it from the Platform, or contact us at support@revoluzion.my and we will take reasonable steps to remove it and to stop using it in future promotional materials.

Your warranties. You confirm that you own, or have obtained, all rights, consents and permissions needed to post your content and to grant the rights above — including permission from any person identifiable in your photos or videos. You are solely responsible for any claim, complaint or legal action (including claims for intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights) arising from your content, and you agree to indemnify us against such claims as set out in Section 16.

The Marketplace connects private buyers and sellers of vehicles, parts, halfcuts and accessories. Revoluzion is a venue only — we are not a party to any Marketplace transaction. The contract of sale is made directly between the buyer and the seller, who are each responsible for the accuracy of the listing, pricing, condition, payment, delivery and any disputes.

Buyers are strongly advised to inspect items and verify sellers before paying. Revoluzion does not guarantee listings, sellers or payments made outside the Platform, and is not liable for any loss arising from a Marketplace transaction.

Sellers may open a store to showcase products. Store orders placed through "Buy via WhatsApp" or store chat are completed directly between you and the buyer, outside our payment systems. By operating a store you agree to:

• Keep product information, pricing and stock levels accurate and lawful
• Fulfil orders and handle after-sales, refunds and complaints directly
• Comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection and tax obligations
• Not misrepresent products, origin, condition or authenticity
• Comply with the return and refund rules in our Refunds & Returns page where they apply

We may limit or suspend stores, or delist products, for breach of these Terms.

• Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Accepted methods include card, FPX and GrabPay. We do not store your card details.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders at or above RM200 qualify for free standard shipping where offered.
• Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and may vary by location, weather or peak periods.
• You must provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
• Order confirmations and updates are sent by email and/or push notification.

From time to time we issue coupons and vouchers (for example, a time-limited welcome voucher for verifying your email). Each coupon has its own value, expiry and conditions, which are stated on the coupon or at issue.

Members can earn Points through qualifying activity (for example, 10 Points for each verified referral). Points are redeemable as store credit at a rate of 100 Points = RM1, at our discretion and subject to availability. Points:

• Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred, sold or combined between accounts
• May expire or be withdrawn where earned fraudulently or in error

We may modify, suspend or end any Points, coupon or voucher programme at any time.

The Dealer Programme gives approved trade buyers access to dealer pricing tiers and purchase-order tools. Joining requires an application, which we may approve or reject at our sole discretion. Dealer status may be revoked at any time.

Dealers agree to purchase for genuine trade purposes, pay for orders on the agreed terms, and remain responsible for their own tax, invoicing and business obligations. Dealer pricing is confidential and must not be shared outside the Programme.

Workshops, detailers and other service providers may be listed on the Platform. Service engagements are entered into directly between you and the provider. We do not employ or supervise providers, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety or outcome of any service, or accept liability for workmanship, pricing or scheduling disputes.

Event organisers are solely responsible for their events, including planning, safety, permits, insurance, ticketing and refunds. By RSVP-ing or registering you agree to the organiser's own terms. Attendance is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from any event listed on the Platform. Event reminders may be sent by email or push notification.

The Revoluzion name, logo, branding, software, design and all other Revoluzion content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied, modified or used without our written permission. You retain your rights in your own content as described in Section 5.

Reference data used in the parts catalogue (for example, manufacturer part numbers) belongs to its respective owners and is provided for identification purposes only.

Standard use of the Platform is free. We may introduce or change fees for premium features, seller tools or services at any time by giving you advance notice. You are responsible for any bank, payment-provider or card fees that apply to you.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revoluzion, its directors, officers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising from or connected with your use of the Platform, Marketplace transactions, store orders, events, services or reliance on user-generated content. Our total aggregate liability in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law, including liability under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revoluzion, its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, your use of the Platform, or your transactions or disputes with other users.

We may suspend, restrict or permanently ban your account, and remove your content, where you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines, engage in suspected fraud or abuse, or act in a way that harms the community or the Platform. Banned users may not create new accounts or circumvent a ban.

You may close your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us. On closure we will delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

The Platform integrates with third-party services, including payment processors (Stripe), sign-in providers (Google), messaging (WhatsApp), maps (Google Maps), hosting (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare) and social platforms (Instagram). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

By registering you consent to receive service communications (account, security, order and moderation notices) by email, in-app notification and/or push notification. You may also receive optional marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time via the unsubscribe link or your notification settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. Before bringing any formal claim, we encourage you to contact us at support@revoluzion.my — most issues can be resolved quickly.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, our practices or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated on the Platform or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To report content you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, or to ask us to remove a photo or video of you, contact us at support@revoluzion.my with the details and a link to the content. We review all good-faith requests promptly.
