Store Setup Guide
Everything you need to know to launch and run your store — from adding your first product to bulk-importing your Shopee catalogue.
Open your store
Head to Open your storeand fill in your store name, category, WhatsApp number and a short description. Your WhatsApp number is where buyers are sent when they tap “Buy via WhatsApp” on a product — make sure it's correct.
After you create your store, a guided tour walks you through the key parts of the dashboard.
Import products from your Shopee Excel
- On Shopee Seller Centre, go to Products → Export and download your product list.
- Open your store dashboard → Import / Export → Import products and pick the file (.xlsx or .csv).
- Columns are auto-detected: Product Name, Price, Stock, Category, SKU and image columns all work out of the box.
- Click import — we create the products and add them to your store instantly.
Don't have a file? Download our template from the same section and fill it in. Required column: name. Optional: description, price_retail, stock_qty, category, sku, product_uuid and image_url through image_url_10 (up to 10 images per product).
Image links are handled for you
Just like Shopee, paste the image URL in the image_url column and we automatically download the image, compress it to WebP and store it on our own backend. You never have to manually re-upload anything.
Tip: up to 10 images per product (image_url, image_url_2 … image_url_10). Only direct image links (ending in .jpg/.png/.webp etc.) are supported.
Mass update prices & stock
To update many products at once, re-import your Excel with the same SKU or product_uuid column (the export includes product_uuid for every product). Products with a matching SKU/UUID are updated (price, stock, description, images) instead of duplicated. Products with a new SKU are added fresh.
Manage & publish products
- Eye icon — publish or hide a product on your store page.
- Trash icon — delete a product.
- Add a product manually — quick single-product form with an optional image link.
- Export my products — download your current catalogue as Excel.
Receiving customer messages
Buyers can message your store directly. All messages land in the Store inbox on your dashboard — mark them read and reply via WhatsApp.
Common questions
Can I have more than one store?
No — one store per account for now.
Do you charge fees?
No fees. Orders are completed direct on WhatsApp between you and the buyer.
Why did some products fail to import?
Most likely a missing name, or an image link we couldn't reach. The import result shows exactly which rows failed.
How do I make my store verified?
Keep your details complete and products published — the Revoluzion team verifies active stores regularly.
